Antoine Giroux

After a successful career as an opera singer, I found my real voice through painting. Largely inspired by the Impressionist and Fauvist movements, such as Vlaminck and Derain, my canvases burst with bright colors of the Mediterranean. Just as the impressionists, I am not afraid to apply color in large and confident strokes that result in dynamic paintings. My sunny landscapes are full of positive emotions and often portray the sea, dunes and pine trees. My work has been exhibited at the Salon du Louvre and numerous galleries across Europe.
